The Online Development Permission Certificate Portal, maintained by the Department of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs (UD&MA), Government of West Bengal, provides services for submitting and managing development permission applications. 2. Refunds

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for submission.
3. Cancellation of Applications

• Cancellation requests can be submitted through the portal where an option is provided.
• Once the application is under review or processed, cancellation may not be allowed.
• Approval of cancellations is subject to the discretion of the concerned authority.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Fees will not be refunded if:
• The application has already been processed.
• The application is rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• The fees were correctly charged as per government rules and regulations.
5. Modification of Applications
• Users may request modifications or corrections before the application is processed.
• Any change that affects the fee structure may require payment of additional fees as applicable.
6. Processing Timeline
• Refund and cancellation requests will be processed as per the procedures and timelines of the concerned authority.
• Users are advised to check the status of requests on the portal regularly.
